CELEBRATION OF LIFE: Allan Ziffle
Allan was introduced to the game of lacrosse by his older brother, Larry and in 1970 He joined the Boyd Park House League. Being a good athlete, Allan picked up the game quickly and showed an outstanding ability to score goals- skill he demonstrated throughout his lacrosse career. Allan played his first organized in 1972 with the Boyd Park Nor'Westers. He worked his way up the Boyd Park system playing for the junior team in 1976. In 1977 he joined the newly formed Winnipeg Warriors junior team and then moved on to the Warriors senior team- winning numerous championships and competing at Nationals with both teams. Throughout his lacrosse days he was a great teammate-playing with joy and enthusiasm. He will be missed by his family and friends. A celebration of Allan's life will be held:

at the West Kildonan Legion.
